What your role lets you do
What you can do in Zahen depends on the role your administrator gave you. Roles keep people focused on their work and protect sensitive information and actions.
You might have more than one role. If so, you can do anything any of your roles allow.

Why you might see less than a colleague
Section titled “Why you might see less than a colleague”Two people can ask the same question and get different answers — that’s intentional. Zahen filters what you can see by your role and your department before it searches, so you only ever get information you’re allowed to access. Learn more in Why you can’t see some documents.
