Workspace settings

Workspace settings are managed by your platform admin. The settings available today are intentionally limited — the focus has been on the controls that matter most for governed operation (roles, documents, tools, and the audit log). More configuration options will arrive as the platform grows.

What you can configure today

Workspace name — the name that appears in the header and in notification emails. Set it to something meaningful to your organisation.

Featured assistants — you can choose which assistants appear prominently on the home screen. Surfacing the right assistant for your users reduces friction and keeps people pointed at the approved workflows for their role.

Language — Zahen supports English and العربية (Arabic, with full right-to-left layout). Users can switch their own language from their profile settings. The workspace default is English unless changed here.

Tip

If you need a setting that is not listed here, contact your Zahen administrator or raise it through your organisation’s support channel. Workspace configuration is being extended incrementally.
