Signing in
You sign in with your work email and password. If your administrator has turned on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account, you’ll also enter a 6-digit code.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Open your organisation’s Zahen address in a browser.
- Enter your work email.
- Enter your password.
- If prompted, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (see Setting up MFA).
- Select Continue securely.
You’ll land in your workspace. From here, the most common next step is Asking a question.
Staying signed in
Section titled “Staying signed in”Your session stays active for a limited time and then expires, so you may be asked to sign in again periodically. This is a security feature. When in doubt, sign in again.
If you can’t sign in
Section titled “If you can’t sign in”- “Invalid credentials” — double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Asked for an MFA code you don’t have — your administrator has enabled MFA for your account. Set up your authenticator app following Setting up MFA, or contact your administrator.
- “User inactive” — your account has been deactivated. Contact your administrator.
