Signing in

You sign in with your work email and password. If your administrator has turned on multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account, you’ll also enter a 6-digit code.

  1. Open your organisation’s Zahen address in a browser.
  2. Enter your work email.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. If prompted, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app (see Setting up MFA).
  5. Select Continue securely.

You’ll land in your workspace. From here, the most common next step is Asking a question.

Your session stays active for a limited time and then expires, so you may be asked to sign in again periodically. This is a security feature. When in doubt, sign in again.

  • “Invalid credentials” — double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Asked for an MFA code you don’t have — your administrator has enabled MFA for your account. Set up your authenticator app following Setting up MFA, or contact your administrator.
  • “User inactive” — your account has been deactivated. Contact your administrator.
